How long does the Manual Handling course take?

The full course typically takes around 3-4 hours, including theory, demonstrations, and a practical assessment. We can adjust slightly based on group size or onsite conditions.

Your certificate is valid for 3 years in accordance with Irish Health & Safety Authority (HSA) guidelines. We recommend a refresher course before expiry to stay fully compliant.

Yes! We offer onsite training anywhere in Cork and Munster, bringing all necessary materials and equipment. This makes it easier for teams to train without travel disruption.

Any employee who lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls objects as part of their job is legally required to complete manual handling training under the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005.
